Welcome to AquaVida Stay Curaçao! Your Home Away From Home! We're so thrilled to welcome you to AquaVida Stay Curaçao! To ensure everyone has a wonderful and relaxing time, and to help us keep our beautiful apartment sparkling, we've put together a few friendly house rules. Think of these as guidelines to make your stay, and that of future guests, as enjoyable as possible! Making the Most of Your Stay * Quiet Hours: We all love a good time, but to be considerate of our lovely neighbors, we kindly ask for quiet hours between 12:00 AM (midnight) and 7:00 AM. This just means keeping music, TV, and conversations at a relaxed volume. * Guests & Gatherings: Our apartment is your cozy retreat! It's perfect for unwinding, not for big parties or events. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. If you're planning to have a friend or two visit during the day, just let us know beforehand. * Smoking Policy: For the comfort and health of all our guests, smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. If you do smoke, please do so outdoors and use the provided ashtrays for proper disposal. We really appreciate your understanding on this! * No Pets, Please: While we adore furry friends, we unfortunately can't accommodate pets at AquaVida Stay Curaçao. Taking Care of Your Space * Air Conditioning: Curaçao can get warm, so enjoy the AC! We just ask that you switch it off when you head out or when windows and doors are open. It helps us save energy and keeps the island beautiful. * Keeping it Secure: Your safety is important to us! Please always make sure all windows and doors are securely locked when you leave the apartment and especially when you go to bed. Your door works with a code, which we'll give you when you arrive. * Trash Talk: Please pop your trash in the designated bins. We'll share details about when the trash is collected. * Parking Made Easy: You'll have a designated parking spot right on our premises, just for you! Please use only your assigned spot. Dive into the Pool! (Safely, Of Course) * Our lovely pool is open 24/7 for you to enjoy! Just a friendly reminder: if you're taking a dip during quiet hours (12:00 AM - 7:00 AM), please keep the splashing and chatter to a minimum to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone. * For everyone's safety and enjoyment, jumping or diving into the pool is strictly forbidden. * A quick rinse in the shower before you hop in the pool helps keep it clean and sparkling. * If you have little ones, please make sure an adult is supervising them at all times in the pool area. * To keep the pool area safe, please no glass items around the pool. Your Arrival & Departure * Check-in Time: You can settle into your new home away from home starting at 3:00 PM. * Check-Out Time: We kindly ask that you check out by 11:00 AM, unless we've made other arrangements. * A Little Tidy Up: While our wonderful cleaning team will take care of everything, we'd really appreciate it if you could leave the apartment reasonably tidy. This means clearing any personal items, putting trash in the bins, and washing any dishes you've used. Oops! Moments * Life happens, and sometimes accidents do too! If anything gets accidentally damaged in the apartment during your stay, please let us know right away so we can take care of it. Guests are responsible for any damages. Welcome to your temporary home in Curaçao! With us, you'll have access to the entire apartment, garden, pool, parking spot & BBQ area. You can use all areas of the property, just as if it were your own place. We'll make sure your arrival is smooth. You'll receive the digital access code via Airbnb messages before your arrival, so you can check in at your own pace.
